Marc Levey

     Marc B. Levey, 73, of State College, Pennsylvania, died Thursday, October 20, 2011, at Mount Nittany Medical Center. Born May 29, 1938, in Hazelton, he was the son of the late Raymond Milton and Mollie Lenkofsky Levey.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Patricia F. Fitzgerald, who is the mother of his four children.

He is survived by his longtime, loving companion Jeanne Miller. He is also survived by four children, Robin Levey and her husband, Luis Jorge, of Fountainville, Joshua Levey, of Burlington, Vt., Noah Levey, of Philadelphia, and Linden Levey and her companion, Jeremiah Patton of Harrisburg. Marc is also survived by his sister, Toby Levey of Wilkes-Barre, and three grandchildren, Carrie Grace Miller, Elijah Patton, and Matheus Jorge.

Marc served in the Vietnam War in the United States Air Force. He received his Master’s Degree in Communications from Penn State University. He was an avid Penn State Football fan and loved politics. Marc loved to travel and had been to 44 different countries. He taught photography to students in adult education. He was a former member of the Unitarian Fellowship.
